1. Project kick off call
Our first step to becoming an extension of your business starts with the kick off call. During this call we will learn more about your organization and what makes it a great place to work! Our team will ask probing questions to build out a mandatory criteria, which will be the basis of our search.

2.Positioning call
After the kickoff call, we will explore the market to identify potential candidates that align with your profile. Our team will present 5-10 candidate profiles to confirm our approach is on target. The purpose of this call is to collect feedback to ensure we provide candidates who meet essential criteria.

3. Recruiting
Following the introductory calls, our skilled recruiting team will actively search the market for potential candidates. They will pre-screen each candidate to confirm that their experience meets the required criteria before advancing them to the interview stage.

4. Candidate presentation
After identifying a promising group of candidates, we will introduce them and explain reasons for recommending them for an interview. Typically, we present five candidates at this stage, as this generally results in a successful hire.

5. Interviews and Hire
Benchmark Talent will coordinate all interviews with the selected candidates. After a successful interview process, a candidate will be hired. All hires made through the Benchmark Model come with a 120-day replacement guarantee.
